Welcome. These terms govern your access to and use of our services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or to any other accounts.

4. Purchase and refunds

LaunchKit is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Each tier (Standard, Lifetime) defines the support window — the boilerplate itself is delivered in full at checkout. Payment is processed by Polar, our merchant of record.

Because the product is delivered as source code via private GitHub repository access, we cannot offer refunds once you have been invited to the buyers organization. If you change your mind before the invite is sent, email us within 7 days of checkout for a full refund. After repo access has been granted, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including all related software, content, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
